Adapt Enrichment Centre Sdn. Bhd. (“ADAPT”) (Company No. 201201037436 (1021918-U)) is a centre providing early intervention programme that entails a holistic development across a range of children on the Autism Spectrum Disorder. Part of what we do at the centre is to ultimately prepare children for admission into mainstream learning institutions. We believe in equality in education opportunity entitling every child a chance to learn.

At ADAPT, we provide individualized education plan to ease children’s’ leaning process by bridging competency gap where confidence instilment works best. We believe in achieving little steps through sustainable development of a child in realizing their full potentials by understanding their interaction with their surroundings.

We strive to provide a conducive environment for every child to be motivated to learn. Our team of loving and passionate consultants and therapists has common goals and determined to support them in their learning and development process employing adaptive play-approach teaching.

We believe in close collaboration with parents, and other related professionals i.e. Occupational Therapist, Speech, Vision therapist, Music therapist, OGs, School Principals, Developmental Pediatricians, etc.

Concerted support from parents and family are the essences of their progressive growth.

Advocacy. It is our long term goals to play apart in continuingly raising awareness within the community and to not only having better understanding of Autism, but to also influence public policies that sees a place and rights to entitlement to education for children with autism.

Carmen Loke is one of the founders and directors of Adapt Enrichment Centre. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Early Children Education from Universiti Malaya, minor in Special Education. She has 2 decades of experience working with individuals diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, GDD, and other learning challenges.

She firmly believes that by understanding each child and providing tailored support and intervention, every child can progress and successfully integrate into society. In addition to her work with children, Carmen is dedicated to empowering the parent community through awareness initiatives and believes in providing parents with the tools and knowledge for a holistic approach to child development. These beliefs and convictions, coupled with her passion, continue to be the resilient drive for her role as a consultant to help many more families who need support.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Human Resource & Industrial Relations from the University of Queensland, Australia. Her journey began 17 years ago as a home-based special needs educator, where she learned firsthand the importance of personalised care, realising the profound impact it has on each child’s growth and development.

Today, Victoria quietly ensures the smooth functioning of the centre’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that operations are in order and efficient. By taking care of the behind-the-scenes tasks, she enables our supervisors and therapists to focus on providing the best care for our children, allowing them to grow and thrive in a supporting environment.

Xin Yi, Gan, is the latest addition to Adapt’s Board of Directors. With 10 years of experience working with children with special needs and as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2019, she brings valuable expertise to our team. Xin Yi is passionate about improving the quality of life for families in need. She is skilled in designing behaviour intervention plans and implementing evidence-based strategies for early learners. Currently, Xin Yi oversees the clinical, trainings, and operation of the centre.

Xin Yi actively participates in Malaysia Association of Behavior Analysis (MABA) and serves as a member of the Board of Directors since 2020. Under her leadership, the team strives to make an impact and further support the ABA community in Malaysia.
